Logan is the co-owner of Apex Inspections and is an ICA certified home inspector servicing the state Iowa. Logan has a keen eye for detail and a deep commitment to providing exceptional service to his clients. With a wide variety of experience in the construction industry and education, Logan understands the complexities of home systems and structures and is dedicated to ensuring his clients have the knowledge they need to make informed decisions about their homes.

Logan's approach to home inspections is client-focused and education-driven. He takes the time to explain his findings in clear and easy-to-understand language, and is committed to answering his clients' questions and concerns. He is passionate about providing his clients with the information they need to protect their investment and ensure the safety of their homes and families. When he's not inspecting homes, Logan enjoys spending time with his family and spending time outdoors.

Nick is the co-owner of Apex Inspections who is an ICA certified home inspector, servicing the state of Iowa. With 20 years of experience of owning and operating a successful construction business, Nick has an extensive knowledge of home systems and structures bringing a deep understanding to his work as a home inspector. Nick is dedicated to providing exceptional service to his clients, as he is detail-oriented and client-focused. He takes the time to thoroughly inspect every aspect of a home, and is committed to educating his clients about any potential problems or hazards he identifies.

He understands that a home inspection can be a stressful and overwhelming experience, and is passionate about providing his clients with the information they need to make informed decisions about their homes. When he's not inspecting homes, Nick enjoys spending time with his family, committing time to his church and community, and staying active outdoors.

Inspector

Justin brings with him over a decade of experience in law enforcement, where attention to detail, integrity, and clear communication were essential. His approachable personality, calm demeanor, and genuine desire to help others make him an instant favorite with clients. Outside of inspections, Justin enjoys riding with his motorcycle club, The Gunfighters, hitting the golf course, and—most importantly—spending quality time with his daughter, Briar.
